About Harold Matos

Harold Matos is the driving force behind the Risk Takers Podcast, a platform that highlights the bold journeys of Southwest Florida’s entrepreneurs, visionaries, and community leaders.

 

His story is one of transformation and determination. Arriving in the U.S. as a non-English-speaking immigrant, Harold quickly rose to prominence in Southwest Florida’s nightlife scene, earning recognition throughout the 2010s as a standout legacy promoter. When the COVID-19 pandemic reshaped the world, Harold saw an opportunity for reinvention and greater impact.

 

Driven by a passion for financial empowerment and community growth, he shifted his focus to education. Since 2021, Harold has led financial literacy initiatives at universities and financial institutions, equipping individuals and families with the tools to build long-term financial security.

Through the Risk Takers Podcast, Harold now shares unfiltered conversations with business leaders, changemakers, and everyday people who are taking bold steps to build something meaningful in Southwest Florida.
